Is North milwakee AVE safe in chicago?

Me and a friend go to Tiesto on Sat 31 October will see from 8p. m. -3 A. m. I wonder, the territory of the Congress Theater is safe?

    Basically, no, especially at this time of night.

    Security is definitely beefed up for concerts, you’ll be good not only venture to the streets if the concert is over. Park in an official concert a lot, and you should be fine.
