I’m taking a long road trip?
Ok my friend and I gave her 03 Chevy Cavalier from Milwaukee, WI go to Sarasota, FL for a wedding. How many miles per gallon does this car (I think, maybe 30?). So, I wondered how much could I expect out of gas and back. I get there and back with $ 700 at the most in one piece? I do not need hotel is only gas and food. Thank you!

Calcualte the mileage – using mapquest, then 30 miles to share in mieage and then multiply by 3 U.S. dollars. 50, a gallon of gasoline.

Well, it’s about 1300 miles one way so you will be traveling 2600 miles. When the car 25 on average MPG and gas, on average, about 3 25 per gallon it would cost about $ 338th 00 in gas. Food costs are up to you. Cheap eat fast food chain from the dollar menu, and make your own soft drinks and other beverages in the car. Enter your own granola bars and fresh fruit in the morning and take a jar of peanut butter and bread for sandwiches, if you would really save money wollen.Ich suggest that the car is controlled, and changed the oil and all liquids before They crowned leave. I’ve been on many long car trips and mechanical problems in the middle of nowhere are a bummer, not to mention expensive. Make sure that you have a credit card for emergencies haben.Happy trip!

That is more than enough money. It is about 1300 miles from Milwaukee to Sarasota. If the car gets 30 mpg you will spend about $ 260 on gas when the gas runs over $ 3 per gallon. And of course, not cost more to eat than about $ 30 apiece at most, and perhaps less. I recommend the Pilot truck stops. They used to have Hot Dogs 2 for $ 1 and they were quite good. You also have the best coffee.
