By GUY KOVNER THE PRESS DEMOCRAT Frantz Felix’s mother ran for her life as her Port-au-Prince area home collapsed in last week’s earthquake and now is living on the street with his sister, both of them hoping to get to the United States. “I will do anything to have them over here,” said Felix, 41, a Haitian native who lives in Petaluma.
