The best Technical College In Wisconson for Culinary?

I want to go to culinary school and my teacher wants me to go to Blackhawk technical but I would not because they do not offer the sport and I dont like the town the college is in. Can someone help me find the best tech College is for me in a big city. I want to go to college in a big city because I have a better education and you’ve always lived in a small town can help someone.
