Neuroticooler – drivetrain and geering test
stainless steel Coleman 54 quart cooler will eventually go where the batteries are now, and the batteries will move elsewhere. Specs: 48V, 300A system running an Alltrax AXE-4834, a permanent-magnet “Etek replacement” motor made by Mars of Milwalkee, WI, and 4 “mini” Optima Yellow top 12v batteries. The frame remains pretty much as it is, and move the battery to the front is not really a good choice. What I did, after shooting this video the controller has been programmed max torque is only 30%. Nevertheless, I can not hold tight enough to try to break the tires loose in a turn.

You might want to move the engine more in the middle, there are a lot of weight on the rear wheels. Or, you can frame a little more you move the battery further forward. You can also assemble the power goes to the engine.
